On Saturday, June 20th, the Loon Lake Homeowners' Association will
hold our second annual fishing derby. All members and their guests are
urged to participate. The rules are simple:
1. Each person may fish for up to 5 hours on Saturday.

that we can get an accurate count for the contest and picnic supper.

2. This is a catch and release contest. Participants will be asked
to keep track of the number, size (in inches) and type of fish they
catch. Digital photos of the biggest fish would be appreciated.
3. Prizes will be awarded in two categories: youth and adult. Prizes
will be awarded for the highest total cumulative inches of Smallmouth
Bass and Northern Pike caught. Prizes will also be awarded for the
largest Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike caught.
4. A picnic supper will be held for all participants (other family
members welcome, as well) at 6 PM at the Garden Road access site.
